  • Membership is a monthly subscription you're automatically billed each month and receive credits at member pricing. Protocols are one-time purchases with a set number of sessions. Both include the same perks (no cancellation fees, credits never expire). Choose membership if you want ongoing care; choose a package if you prefer to pay once.

  • Members save up to 10% compared to single-session pricing. The exact savings depends on your session length and frequency

  • Yes. There's no contract and no commitment. Cancel whenever you want through your account. Any unused credits stay in your account and never expire

  • Currently, you'll need to cancel your existing membership and start a new one with your preferred settings. Any unused credits will be migrated to your new membership. We're working on making this easier.

  • Yes. Your credits can be used by family members or friends. Just let us know who's coming when you book.

  • Members can reschedule freely without cancellation fees. However, no-shows (missing without any notice) result in one credit being deducted. A quick text to reschedule avoids this.
