Membership is a monthly subscription you're automatically billed each month and receive credits at member pricing. Protocols are one-time purchases with a set number of sessions. Both include the same perks (no cancellation fees, credits never expire). Choose membership if you want ongoing care; choose a package if you prefer to pay once.

Currently, you'll need to cancel your existing membership and start a new one with your preferred settings. Any unused credits will be migrated to your new membership. We're working on making this easier.

Yes. Your credits can be used by family members or friends. Just let us know who's coming when you book.
